Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original boxes to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
